Sample from "Day Care Provider Hiring Guide":
Introduction
Even just making the decision to send their child to day care is a big decision, and often a heart-wrenching one, for parents. So once youve made it, how can you be expected to even start making the decision of what day care you are going to choose? There are so many factors to take into consideration!
First and foremost of course, you want to make sure your child will be in a safe, caring environment when they are not with you. And you want to make sure theyll have lots of fun and educational activities, and you also want to make sure that all of their needs are being met. On top of all this, you also need to take things into consideration such as locations that are close to you, the cost of different day cares, and how many hours a week you need someone to watch your child.
Thats a lot of things to think about; especially when the parent may not be one hundred percent happy or sure they want to send their child to day care in the first place! So how do you even start?
Start by taking a deep breath. Your child is going to day care and yes, thats a sign that theyre growing up and it can be difficult especially if youre the one whos watched your child up until this point. But regardless, youve reached the point where youve made the decision that day care is whats best for you and your child.
So take that deep breath and reassure yourself that youve already made the tough decision, and that it was the right one. Now its necessary to make sure that you find the right day care for you.
